1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wow888 website or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Member", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access wow888's full range of services, including sports betting, live casino, and online slots, you must create a registered member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) wow888 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances associated with all related accounts.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wow888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. wow888 will never contact you to request your password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wow888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• wow888 supports deposits and withdrawals via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Deposits are credited to your wow888 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. wow888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. wow888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawal requests.
• wow888 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal that is subject to an ongoing account investigation, unmet wagering requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• All funds held in your wow888 account are maintained in a designated account. wow888 does not pay interest on member account balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

wow888 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless superseded by specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Malaysian residents with a wow888 account in good standing.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• wow888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided such modification does not adversely affect a member who has already commenced satisfying the wagering requirements of that offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating wagers to achieve risk-free outcomes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activities conducted through the wow888 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. wow888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error or events specified in the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a live bet, casino game round, or slot spin, wow888 will refer to system logs to determine the correct outcome. The Company's decision on such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products. These limits are displayed within each product and are subject to change at wow888's discretion.
• wow888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wow888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-based tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through wow888.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use wow888 to conceal proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wow888 staff or other members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wow888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface designs, is the property of wow888 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wow888 content without express prior written consent from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wow888, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business caused by service outages, technical failures, or circumstances beyond wow888's reasonable control.

wow888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
